 My phone camera stabilizer broke a couple months after my daughter was born (had an 18 month old son too). Couldn’t take video and only 1/10 photos came out right. Took me another six months to get a new phone. Wife still hasn’t forgiven me. Yeah, that is my exact answer when my wife shows me a cute baby video, which is about once every two months. We have two kids and I have already had my vasectomy. I am NOT getting it reversed. I'm not Michael Scott. A happy mom/dad means a happy baby. So don't lose sight of you! The dishes will wait. The laundry will wait. Take that nap. Sleep when she does. You need it. No one is a super human. Early parenthood is hard. And if you are dealing with hormones it's a fucking nightmare. What a beautiful smile. Congrats on a healthy child. Sending you, your daughter and your family best wishes into the future. Since my son was born (2.5 months) I can appreciate these things more and it melts my heart when he smiles so I can understand the feeling of seeing her smile. Many more smiles to come hopefully.
