The scabbards went into this battle hoping to die against Kaido for Oden's honor. The worst thing Kaido could do to them defeats them but give them the shame of surviving in battle.

Could be anywhere in Northern Europe. I think the biggest difference is how fat people are. I have seen overweight people before going to the US but I had never seen people so fat that they are almost round. It's also insane that people are so fast that they have to use scooters. He's slim but definitely ain't skinny. It's hard to see but this guy has seriously toned forearms.
