You can clearly see Graves hitting the blast zone on the minimap. Then that blast cone did not respawn until the end of the game. There would be a green dot on the minimap if the blast cone respawns, but that green dot never appeared after Graves hit it once(you can check it yourself by watching the rest of the video and pay attention to the minimap). The last team fight happened 13 minutes later, a plant's respawn time is 7 minutes at maximum, so that's 100% a bug. With the blast cone gone, it caused Gangplank to access G2's carries so much easier in the last team fight, which basically caused the game. Edit: Btw, I did not find this bug myself. My roommate told me about this and asked me to post it(He's not good at English). All I want is fair games so I thought this has to be fixed or at least every other team from Worlds should know about it.
