 I am BAFFLED that this is a new champ, and not a Sona rework. I love Sona to death, but her kit is problematic. She tends to be either way too strong or way too weak because Riot her in the nerfs. I always figured she would get an update someday that made her less “push the button” and a little more “aim the skill shot” like so many other reworks have done. My confusion is endless and my music is in shambles. Now watch them give her an evolving musical experience like DJ Sona had, but that works... probably purchasable music packs too

 Assuming that all nine scabbards don't just get straight up killed, this is actually pretty great news for Kiku fans. Oda wouldn't bother to maim her if he was just going to kill her later. Since bleeding to death is basically not a thing in Shonen, Kiku just became the absolute most likely of the scabbards to survive. If I'm reading this correctly as Bao Huang being able to see through things with that eye symbol on them... now might be a good time to remember that Who's Who has a very similar symbol on his chest. Izou, Raizou, Neko, Inu, and Kawamatsu have all displayed their individual styles. They are the first to go aside from Kinemon who I believe will be one of the last because he is the leader of the scabbards and of course the first scabbard along with Denjiro. I think Oda's setting the fight up for the scabbards to be mutilated, but not killed.  I started reading the manga at Fishman Island. For the longest, I was jealous of the people that got to read marineford as it came out. Don't get me wrong, the anime was amazing. But marineford week to week must have been thrilling. For once It's like I'm getting that feeling a lot of you got back then. This act 3 has been incredible and there is so much left to tell. I Can't wait for chapter 1000!! At first, I was shocked that Kiku loses an arm but then I remembered how many people in the OP are missing an arm. Thanks, Kid, Queen, Nekomamushi, etc. We usually just don't see it happen on-screen. I guess Law is extremely lucky that Mansherry and Leo were on Dressrosa, otherwise, he would've lost it permanently like everyone else. That Kiku panel was more brutal than I expected...
