 Hey, I was in middle school when this crazy shit was huge. So I'm not quite an old fart yet but people around my age(50) certainly act like old farts. Anyway, I completely agree with you except for me, this is awesome. Also, you know how you can get uncomfortable watching something that's super awkward on TV or a movie? That's how I feel watching this. How did my friends and I think those girls were so incredibly hot? My favorite thing to do while having a party (remember when we could do that) was to leave this 10 hour loop on the TV on mute while the music is on and just wait for it to inevitably sync up. The high is incredible. Watching this just made me wonder how many 30-40 year olds are out there cringing every time they see their parent on this video. Or kids/teens scrounging around YouTube wondering WTF grandma/grandpa are doing. Not this one, but my mom used to be an aerobics instructor and do pretty much exactly what they're doing in this video when she was in college. lol I never knew until one day I showed her the video. She said she really misses having that energy and being that flexible and in shape.
