I do that multiple times, every single time I'm in a grocery store. Not just nor nestle, of course, other companies and seeing the ingredients and/or nutritional facts. Everyone needs to do that, change won't happen unless we vote with what we buy. When I'm with a friend or family, I get both mad and sad that people just pull stuff off the shelf without any second thought of both ingredients, price, or what company makes it. I always check and compare ingredients, their origin, cost/weight, etc. I eat a lot better and more importantly feel a lot better, and I feel good about the stuff I buy. Vote with your money, spend it on things that are good in all ways that imply (health, environment, working conditions of the workers, etc)As we all should be. It's a blight on modern humans. Because it's something we naturally crave because of how rare during our hunter-gatherer origins, our body naturally craves it and most overindulge when it's available, which is always. It causes tooth decay, obesity, and other health problems. Worst of all is that it's heavily marketed towards kids and in many counties (including the US) it's heavily subsidized by taxpayers.
