Well, I mean on average women have flared hips and a larger chest but men have broader shoulders so for adult men and women there really are gendered body changes. Even arm to torso and average leg length varies from men to women. There was a really cool documentary done on HBO called Suited about a custom suit maker who specializes in cutting custom suits so it looks like a men's suit and figure despite being cut over a female skeletal structure. If a person goes through puberty there are permanent skeletal structure changes. Up until puberty, not so much. Even the removal of breast tissue doesn't make a men's suit fit properly.
