I had a pot of hot coffee cover me as a kid when I knocked a table over and had these ugly giant blisters all over my body for a couple of weeks. I'm just glad that I can't remember the pain. Next time you should get a tempered glass cup if you are going to put hot things in it. Idk if it’s tempered but there’s a type of glass that doesn’t break with drastic changes in temperature. The glass on this case has no screw near or around it, the only piece that does have any connection to it was off it at the time
